The customer wants to pay the initial booking fee when they collect the gun. How can I cater for this?
Set the initial booking fee to zero in the Storage book in form in the gun comments field type a reminder 'Customer to pay initial book fee upon collection'. This will be printed on the storage ticket and the customer receipt.
When the customer comes to collect their gun. Retrieve the gun from storage and select the Misc F6 button and create an entry for the initial booking fee.
