These registers are lists of stolen license and guns.
The moment the number is entered into GunBase an instant internal check is performed against the stolen license/gun register to verify the license/gun number is not on the register. If an exact match is found GunBase notifies the gun trader that the license is stolen and to notify the appropriate authorities.
